In 2019, the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties bestowed upon Remod Builders the award for Remodeling Excellence. That was the first year participating, and a snapshot of the accolades to come.

The highlighted “Re” in the company logo was designed by founder Brent Terry. Both his father, and son, share the initials in their name (Robert E. Terry), and it is a nod to the creative genius and work ethic of the generation before and coming after him.

Dividing 25-years of experience equally with local new home building companies, and solo work on national high-end celebrity clientele remodels, Brent’s remodeling niche overlays early production efficiencies expertise with his skills in architecture, design, and building, to provide an incredible one-stop-shop value for clients.
